Refund and Returns Policy
β Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only applicable to physical products (such as solar panels, inverters, batteries, or accessories).
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
β Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Installed or used solar equipment
- Customized or special-order products
- Services such as installation, site survey, consultation, and net metering processing
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling, improper installation, or misuse
π Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7β10 working days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer.
- Delivery, transportation, and installation charges are non-refundable.
β οΈ Damaged or Faulty Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof such as photos or videos may be required for verification.
- In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund as per assessment.
π Warranty Claims
- Most solar products come with a manufacturerβs warranty.
- Warranty claims will be handled according to the brandβs warranty terms, not as a refund.
- Decent Energy will assist customers in processing warranty claims where applicable.
